How do you keep your in shape?

I think keeping in shape is one of the most important things in my life, but during the stay in Vancouver I might not keeping in shape, because my homestay host always have prepared meat food for me, my diet is focused on the meat, it makes me unhealthy, so many times I buy fruit, vegetable. I hope to my diet is change soon.

When I lived in Korea, I used to play football, it's a very active sport so it was good for my body and mental health. But in Vancouver the weather has many rainy days so I can't play soccer many times. So I found another way that I always use stairs instead of the lift.
