If I were stand on a deserted island, I'd try to make signal for be rescue. I'd draw the huge 'SOS' sign with bright things, on the island and make a fire or smoke. If there were ship or plane pass through the island I'd scream loud. If there were no ship or plane that pass through for long time, I'd make a boat to escape the island.
For surviving, I'd distill water from seawater for drink. I'd search for seafood or shade place to take a rest during the daytime and also I'd make a fire in the evening. I'd make my shelter too.
