what do you do to stay in shape?
I try to eat healthy food and drink water during the meal.
I run every weekend and i try to run during the week but it's difficult with the job
I try to sleep at least 8 hours per day, and have a heathy lifestyle.

I think keeping in shape is one of the most important things in my life, but during the stay in Vancouver I might not keeping in shape, because my homestay host always have prepared meat food for me, my diet is focused on the meat, it makes me unhealthy, so many times I buy fruit, vegetable. I hope to my diet is change soon.
When I lived in Korea, I used to play football, it's a very active sport so it was good for my body and mental health. But in Vancouver the weather has many rainy days so I can't play soccer many times. So I found another way that I always use stairs instead of the lift.

If you want to stay in shape , you must go to bed early everyday . You can't stay up night .

What would you do if I were stranded on a desert island
When I wake up in the morning , if I were stranded on a desert island a lone, I would found water first. People live without food for one month on the other hand water is not. If I cannot drink water , I'll be die. If I got a water, I would found keeping warm my self such as fire and warm clothes. When people sleep in the night, people's temperature falls. So , I must keep warming my self to prevent illness. And then if I ready for this item, I would found food before searching rescue team. I don't know when they come so if I want to survive I must found food.
If I ready for survive in desert island, I would signal to rescue team. I would smoking because I want to notify my location to them. And then I would paint " help me" in the ground.

Steps for the safety of travel
When if i have or i think i will have any problem i should to do some thing before any travel or trip ,
the first thing i would do is bring a lot of food with me. the second thing i would do is save a lot of water with me .the third thing i would do is tell to my family before any travel or trip i will go to trip or travel took precautions , and i will do best whit i can to do .

I would search the island and try to find food . However, sometimes the food would not even exist but now I suppose the food exists because if the food did not exist, it would be too difficult for me to live here.
Firstly, I would go fishing but before that, I would have to make a fishing rod,so I would get many branches of wood and combine them and then make a fishing rod.After that,I would go fishing and wait until I would get fishes.
Secondly,I would explore the island to look for the fruits and animals I could eat.Sometimes I would have to fight the animals to get fresh meat(--).Anyway, because of these ways I would survive here and also have to learn the way to make fire but I would be sick of these food and want other food.It would be all right for a while because in my backpack I have some sweet (^^).

If I were stranded on the desert island by accident, I would feel very scared. I've never experienced distress in my life, so I don't know well how could I live in desert island, but I would have to survive for my family, friend and for me.
I think the best way escape from a desert island would be to paint on the ground "S O S", but the worst situation nobody notice my sign, so I would find another way.
So f'irst, I would make a house made of wood and then I would find food but it would be diffcult because desert island don't have animal, grain, so I would make fishing rod and I would catch fish.
After supplementing my energy I would try escape from the island.

If I were stranded in a lonely island, I'd survive by my natual skills and my smart brain. First, I'd get water from coconuts, also I'd use a stone and dry leafs to make fire and boil the water; and I'd take big tropical leafs to use like bowl and keep the water of the rain. Second, I'd hunt animals to cook it in a BBQ and I'd eat natural fruits and vegetables. Third, I'd dig a hole for my needs.
I'd have activities to distract myself if I were in a island for a long while. Besides, I'd take me a long time to make weapons and tools to do whatever, Also I'd build a roof to protect myself of the rain .Besides I'd need to make signals to be rescuded like, for example, a big write in the sand whit leafs or rocks or fire.
If I casted away in the LOST island, I'd survive like Tom Hanks in the movie because I'm so much more smart than him and I'd have a better friend than Wilson.

If there were ship or plane pass through the island I'd scream loud. If there were no ship or plane that pass through for long time, I'd make a boat to escape the island.
For surviving, I'd distill water from seawater for drink. I'd search for seafood or shade place to take a rest during the daytime and also I'd make a fire in the evening. I'd make my shelter too.

Max: would you spend two weeks working on the ISS?
I would spend two weeks working on the ISS because I like the idea of being in space, so far away from our planet. Besides, living without gravity looks amazing and that experience, maybe, never would happen again.
I know that this adventure may be harsh and hard, with a lot of work and preparation but it could be unique and probably the best story that you can tell to your family and friends. Just tell me one of your friends who did that before? I think no one, for that reason I will be the number one in that sense.
Another thing that I think is interesting is to prove to myself than I can go two weeks eating foods without taste, no taking showers, staying in one place of a few square meters, etc. I think if you could bear that, you can be able to do almost everything.
I love to travel, to visit new places and see different parts of the world, but to see it entirely? That is top! Even with a joint can do be so high and imagine how really is the world looked from outside.
Finally, all the adventure of starting the flight in a shuttle between the Earth to the ISS, would make the experience so nice. You feel like in a movie with Tom Hanks beside you. I will be very glad to do it.

I would like to spend two weeks working at ISS, because I think that would be an amazing experience and most people would like to stay there. I guess that the special clothes are uncomfortable and I wouldn’t like to eat special food.

I don't want to work on the ISS. Because I'd like to work on the Earth. Being in the space is hard thing to live, enjoy and work. It makes people feel uncomfortable. Example If you finished a job on the Earth, you would go to bed and feel cozy to a pillow. However If you finished a job on the ISS, you would go to space made for sleep and sleep in weightless, floating your body. So also Eating food and enjoying hobby is same as this. So I think it'd be better lifestyle on the Earth than lifestyle in the Space.

Working on the space
I would not like to spend time on the ISS. The reason is that I need some courage to do this when I face some risks. Also I am not strong. I prefer to work somewhere on the earth in two months. But I want to go to the space if it is a trip, of course only in the case of I have a lot of money and I can be guaranteed whether it is safe or not. I think many people would not go to the space in the case of work, so it is wonderful but hard to work as an astronaut.And I hope the life of astronaut in the space will become more comfortable in the future.

Emily : You had a TV show, 'Kiss&Cry of Yuna Kim' on SBS, hadn't you?
Yuna Kim : Yes. I had.
Emily : Could you tell us what kind of show is?
Yuna Kim : Of course. It's a kind of competition. some groups which is made up of entertainers compete each other. I really surprised because everybody did well, even though they are not a real figure skater.
Emily : Every Korean feel proud of you because of your gold medal in last the Vancouver winter olympic. How was your feeling when you got a medal?
Yuna Kim : I couldn't say anything at that time. I felt just happy and proud of myself. Also, you know, I was really crying because of the hard past days. I mean a lot of training times... something like that.
Emily : You are good at figure skating. Also, you are good at many charities, aren't you?
Yuna Kim : Haha.. good at?? Thanks. Yes, I did many charities by myself or through my agency. I like that kind of activities. It makes me happy, when I know I can help poor people.
Emily : You make us happy when we see your good activities. It will be a quite personal question. could you tell me if you have a boyfriend?
Yuna Kim : Hum... That's kind of personal but I'll let you know. I don't have. I really don't have time to make a boyfriend. I should do exercise everyday and I'm a representative of some activities. So, I'm busy now.
Emily : Many girl's in Korea have lots of interests about your fashion. Every things that you put on are sold out. could you tell me how you think about it?
Yuna Kim : I feel really appreciate about it because that means many people have a lot of interests of me.
Emily : Yuna, you are always in good shape! could you tell us how you keep your shape?
Yuna Kim : I work out at gym everyday and I eat my meal regularly. Also, I always eat well balanced food. As I want to eat pizza, hamburger, I just endure for keeping my shape.
Emily : Wow.. You really do your best! It's my last questions. could you tell me what your future plan is?
Yuna Kim : It's little difficult to me. actually, I don't have exact future plan now but I will go to university and graduate fast as soon as possible. Also, I'll prepare participation of some games.

Junyoung : A lot of fans wonder why don't you have any scandals in your life. Could I know your know-how
Jisung : Haha. I don't have any Know-how. I've just played socer in my life and socer will be always No.1 in rest of my life.
Junyoung : Oh, awesome. I admire your professionalism. Frankly, your man you must be want girl. How did you hide your secret love?
Jisung : Haha. Thank you for your sharp point. I always enjoyed secret love and I met only house, car. Because I wanted to protected my girlfriends from paparazzi
Junyoung : Next question. You are called "FOREVER CAPTIN" in the Korea. How are you feeling when you listend?
Jisung : Oh, It make me shy. In th Korea have many wonderful player better than me. So I think this sentence it doesn't proper me.

Jisung : No, I'm not. I have many fault but thankfuly many people only see in my bright side

Jisung : My last dream is I'll be die in the socer ground. In other word, I'll always live with socer.

Interviewer : Hi, Mr. Steve. Really nice to meet you.
Steve Jobs : Nice to meet you too.
Interviewer : We don't have a lot of time, so we should go quickly.
Steve Jobs : OK. let's start.
Interviewer : Could you please tell me about your typical workdays? Many people are curious about this.
Steve Jobs : oh.. I think I'm very lucky guy. Because I have one of the best jobs in the world. I get to come in and work with some of the most brilliant people in the world. We play in the best sandbox. And we're structured like a start-up. We're the biggest start-up on the planet. And we all meet once a week to discuss our business. And the there's tremendous teamwork at the top and filters down to other employees.
Interviewer : You have worked with the best employees! So, How about your health? We heard that your health could be getting worse. is it true?
Steve Jobs : it's my private problem. But don't worry about it. I'm healthy. Let's keep this interview going.
Interviewer : Ok.... What do you think about the future of Apple and "Platform war" with Microsoft, Google, Facebook, etc. It's very complicated problem. isn't it?
Steve Jobs : Honestly, No. We never saw ourselves in a platform war with them, and maybe that's why we lost. We think about the competition, but we're focused on building a better product.
Interviewer : Um...I see... Apple had launched a ipad 2. Could you tell me whether tablet will replaces PCs?
Steve Jobs : When we were an agrarian nation, all cars were trucks because that's what you needed on the farms. But cars eventually became more prevalent is people moved to cities. PCs will be like trucks. They are still going to be around, but there is a transformation coming, and it will make some people uneasy. Is it the iPad? Who knows? Will it be next year or five years from now?

Fernando's Dream Vacation
I would go backpacking and travelling around the world. I would like to visit the seven wonders of the world. I would like to go with a girlfriend or a good friend.
I would take a lot of pictures, try different food and know different cultures, may be getting there by hitchhiking. It would be amazing. I would stay there in each one place just for a week. I’d choose this vacation because since I was born I’ve felt independent and I guess I wouldn’t spend much money just long time.

Mari's Best Vacation
I want to go backpacking around Europe by myself. I want to make a trip for a month. I will have a lot of money from my parents. I like to go sightseeing , to eat many kind of foods, and to take pictures of scenery. So, I will walk around in many cities. I think that European food is so delicious! When I find good food, I will buy and eat it.When I find a good building or a beautiful place, I'll take a picture. In addition, I want to see the world heritages of Europe. If I went backpacking, I could have many foreign friends. I must have wonderful experiences. And I must get many stamps in my passport. Finally, I may have a nice boyfriend in this trip :)
