The story is about worker of NYC fashion magazine who has a famous and very strict boss(Meryl Streep) the other is assistant for boss(Ann Hathaway).The assistant wants to be a writer. But she needs experience at publishing company.So she decides to work as assistant even for a strict boss.
At first the assistant is not fashionable so her boss never admit her ability.But she is changing everyday . Her fashion and attitude to the work.
Finally the boss approves of her.She was a assistant but she became a writer different company. She got her dream.
