Spring starts in March, and the temperatures get warm. Spring's weather is mild. The average temperature is about 8~10 degrees. Flowers start to bloom. The earth and trees turn beautiful green. Some people go on picnics with friends. This season of Korea is full of energy. I think spring is the best weather.
However there is one disadvantage which is Yellow Dust from the desert in the middle of Asia.
On a day with lots of Yellow Dust, we try not to go out. Because it has caused serious disease related with bronchial tube.
Summer starts in June and ends in late September.
Summer season in Korea is really hot. Temperatures rise to over 25~30 degrees.
It rains a lot and has a high humidity throughout the season. Especially in July rainfall is over 1000mm.
And we have strong typhoons in late August in the south part of Korea. So some parts of Korea suffer from the typhoon.
Fall starts in late September and the temperatures get cold. Average temperature is 5~8 degrees. During this season the mountain scenery is lovely.
Winter starts in December. Temperatures drop to -17 ~ -20 degrees.
There is a lot of snow. Especially January is a snowy month. The air is dry in the winter.
