The most admirable person

     Ichiro is the most famous and admirable baseball player in the world. He is from Japan and 38 years old. When he moved to America in 2001, there was no Japanese fielder player who made a success in America. Although Ichiro was very famous in Japan those days, he was one of Japanese baseball players in the world. Ichiro, however,  accumulated 242 hits, which was rookie-record, and won the American League Most Valuable Player and the Rookie of The Year awards in 2001. Ichiro got a fame in the first year and ,in 2004, he broke a record for most hits in a season, which George Sisler made in 1984. Now he is known as the most famous Japanese baseball player in the world. This is why I admire him.
