Here's some information about two special Vancouver events happening this weekend.
The Celebration of Light is a fantastic fireworks competition between China, Canada and Spain this year. The whole city comes out to see the fireworks, so make sure you plan a meeting point to find your friends and remember that transportation will be very slow. This is also Vancouver Gay Pride Week. There are some great things going on for this festival. Don't miss the Pride Parade on Sunday! Here's a list of events to check out.
