I used this when I was in University.
They have a 30 minutes radio program or TV program everyday.
And if you don't speak Mandarin, you can also use this to learn some Mandarin.

You could find living English, study English, and business English on this website.
I use it to learn English before I came to Canada.

Learning English with www.leo.org

leo.org is a german-english, french, spanish, italian, chinese and russian dictionary which I often use.
This dictionary also has language forums and a vocabulary trainer.
If you are looking for a word, it has more results so you can find the best one. In addition you can listen to the words if you don't know how to pronounce it.
I find it very helpful because I can see different ways to say one word and  it is very easy to use.

learning English with Randall's

Randall is a webpage that helps students to practice and improve listening and pronunciation. The listening lessons are divided in different levels so you can chose between easy, medium and difficult. Also, each lesson has some vocabulary activities such as sentence and vocabulary matching, ordering sentences and a lot more. The best part is that it is FREE!

Websites that are useful for learning English

http://www.engvid.com/
This website has a lot of English knowledge separated by topics such as, TOEFL, IELT, pronunciation, slang, grammar, and they also group them by a level of students.  You can search about the topic that you want to know in this website. They teach me some common mistakes in English and how different some words are.

This website is used for grammar checking.  It's free website.  I use this website when I finish some writing for checking my grammar and learn what my grammar mistake is.

Learning english: a well-known dictionary.

In my opinion, having a good english-english dictionary is quite useful.
The one I've always used is the Cambridge Dictionaries Online.
Hopefully, soon I'll find a nice idioms dictionary too.

This dictionary is very helpful, because it offers me British and American definitions and shows the word's pronunciation. Moreover, it has related words and examples. Nevertheless, I usually don't use it.
